The slippers for arthritis would help for Gout, you would want to buy them with a wider width. There does not appear to be any slippers made just for people with Gout.

drink black cherry juice, 8oz. three times daily to help reduce the Gout. This can be purchased at most health food stores.

Heat is a great aid to the pain of arthritis. I suffer from arthritic finger trouble during the winter and the cold is a killer for me so I would say find somewhere nice and warm and emigrate - Australia is good. Alternatively, you can can buy nice aroma therapy oils that exude warmth and these are great for massages and help relax inflamed joints.
