I know that this may sound a little concited, but I have the cutest baby. Every where we go people always make comments on how cute he is, and how he looks like a Gerber baby. I was just wondering does anyone know how I can get him started in commercials or print work? Any feed back would be good.

Thanks in advance for your help....

We tried that with our son, but were told we live in the wrong area for children models. Everyone told us we need to live in California or New York. We even had an actor friend of ours give us contact people, but the market is dry our here for babies.

Contact several local modeling agencies and ask them what you need to do. I'm sure they can give you lots of good information about your situation.

Good luck!

All of the big companies--Gerber, A Children's Place, Baby Gap, etc--only use large reputable modeling agencies (a lot of them state it right on their websites), so it won't do you any good to contact the companies. A reputable modeling agency will be the ones that don't ask you for any money up front to represent your child.

Try contacting Gerber and telling them about your situation. If they like your son, I think they'd be more then happy to add him to the commercials!

For pix in kmart ads and what not they place ads when they need people i belief in the employment section. Id like to do this as well, but once my son can sit up lol. If u want to put them in magazines, write them. Thats all i can come up with. If u find out anything let me know please!

so you wanna pimp your child, huh??? all i can say is shame on you...

i too have an adorable daughter, told to me by strangers each and every time we go out...she is Australian/Black/Native American....so she doesnt look like any children anywhere, not even the bi-racial ones in the US...

she has been approached by New Faces in Atlanta and a number of other agents for modeling when we go to Atlanta or to Brisbane and Sydney in Australia...

children are not cash-cows no matter how cute they are..if your child is still cute as a teen or adult then give him the option of perusing a career in the modeling industry....until then just leave him be a kid...

i need so no more words than these...Micheal Jackson!!!
