(And just out of curiosity: if you were born and brough up in Saudi Arabia, and have been to a non-Muslim country, what was your impression when you saw men and women inter-acting with each other in all spheres of life?)

in the US they have school segregartion .....especially in the christians one. however i think Saudi Arabia is one of the most segregated society in terms of men and women. but as a matter of fact, i have noticed in the past 5 years that this segregation started to go away as i see in some companies they got men and women work together such as in the banking sector. i have strong thoughts that Saudi Arabia is going to be just like any other Country in the world and this is due to the economical booming in the country where they have to comply with the World Trade Org. rules.

there r others-particularly Muslim countries in fact, but yes Saudi is the most strict in this sense

Umm not sure. But it's the MOST segregated.
