It's orange juice that has been concentrated (water boiled off) and later on water is added back into the orange juice (reconstituted).
Is it still healthy?
It depends how it was reconstituted. Orange juice is concentrated so it can travel without spoiling. If the manufacturer reconstitutes with less water so you have a sweeter drink, then I think it becomes less healthier than fresh. They will had vitamin C and other supplements to make up for the loss during the concentration process, but it's still sweeter so they're more "natural" sugars in the drink.

Reconsituted orange juice is juice that has water added back to it. When it comes to juice I have a problem with the sugar content. Best rule - drink your water and eat your fruit.
good luck!

When most of the water is removed from a juice, it is called "concentrate". "Reconstituted" means that water was added to concentrate to re-make the juice. Yes it is healthy. Some people like fresh squeezed juice better, b/c they claim it tastes better.

It is orange juice, with water added. Fresh unconcentrated orange juice is better for you.
