Well, I am 12 years old and I made the same mistake
when I said I would go out this this guy that had been my friend for years. And now I regret it. It is so much more fun to be friends than be together because its not like u go on dates or anything else...or do you? Plus its so awkward to have never gone out with a boy. Especially when you're TEN!
