What is your age? That is an important factor in the weight limit.

.EDIT. - Since you are 20+, a healthy weight for you, at 5'10", would be between 128.95, which is the minimum weight (in pounds), and 173.56, which is the maximum weight.

Since I don't know what your muscle/fat ratio is, I can't really say how the weight is distributed. If you're seriously concerned with your weight, talk to your doctor for a more personalized test. These weights are basic for an adult female (20+) at the height of 5 foot, 10 inches.

i would say like 170 pounds or maybe a little more
but im not a fitness trainer, i just think REALISTICLY

who wants to look at someone who is 5 10 and 140 pounds

I think anywhere between 145-165 lbs. would be ideal for a woman of that height, and between 155-175 lbs. for a guy who's 5'10".

its not really that much about what scale says - its more about body fat percentage (muscle is more dense)
i am 6ft tall and i weight about 175lbs - im slender and in very good shape. i know that lowest weight for 6ft allowed is 150lbs - for small frame. i have large frame so i cant even me that light.
