so i had an interview, and a drug test and the manager called me back and told me that i passed the drug test and that they were hiring...and that i needded to come in for an orientation...she didn't say exactly much, all she said was that i just need to come for an orientation with 2 forms of ID...Does it mean i got the job??

Yes that means primarily that they are going to do the introduction part of the job. Giving you the rules, what is expected of you, the benefits, etc. It is basically a 1 or more day class to educate you on the company. Mine took a week, and yes you are going to be paid for that time. Congratulations, you got the job. The two form of ID are to insure that you are eligible to work in this country. At this time you will also fill out your W2's, insurance decisions and all that.

Depending, you may need to fill out other forms - an application (if you haven't already) health care (if they have it) etc etc etc.

The two forms (usually a Social Security card and a State Driver's license) are for the I-9 form. Or you can provide a passport. All forms should be originals (and you need the actual Social Security Card - knowing the number is not enough)

yea that means u got the job and they just want to explain things to u and tell u things about the job and other stuff like that
