I had a dream where I was on a rocky cliff with a male lion. He was friendly and playful. Yet I was still a little afraid because we both understood he was hungry and he wanted something to eat. So I handed him an empty plate. He chomped down and it broke into pieces and looked at me like I must be crazy. He then slowy proceeded to crawl on top of me but in a playful childlike manner. I then woke up. Now the funny thing is I was about four months pregnant and later found out I am having a boy and he will be born in the month of LEO. So is this related to my dream or is there some other interpertation?

Male lions are regal, full of power and pride. This is usually a man's dream. It symbolizes your ‘animal’ nature, your aggressiveness, and will.

As far as Astrology goes, Leos are gregarious and like to be the center of attention.

Perhaps your dream is saying that you are displaying these qualities. You are pregnant and probably want and deserve attention. Plus he was hungry and did not get what he wanted. Maybe food cravings you have are not being satisfied-or food cravings are about to begin.

The lion in your dream can be your own feelings of anger,or fear of expressing your anger. But it is also the sort of strength a women has enabling her to jump into the rough sea to save her child. In some dreams you may run from or be afraid of the lion, but this may be a fear of your strength and assertiveness.at times of stress, the lion may appear in your dream representing your anxiety that unexpected events may"attack"you,or as a reminder of your inner strength.
Feeling at ease with the lion shows how much you have achieved in the way of inner harmony between your natural or instinctive feelings and your conscious personality.

Dreaming of a lion shows you have many obstacles to overcome, and must resist the real force that is driving you to self destruction; if the lion overpowers you, you will lose, but, if win out over the lion you will be the victor. As the lion usually represents different aspects of our own inner nature either as we are, or as we think ourselves to be, then in this light the dream must be correlated by using as many of the symbols you see in your dream and carefully analyzing the different actions of each character.

That's pretty cool how your son was born a Leo. It could be that, it depends on what you believe!

Could be a sign of how happy and playful you and your son will be. The lion never attacked you but he let you know he was hungry. Like a baby who cries when he's hungry. Maybe it was God's way of telling you your having a boy.

Diane, I do not know why , but I believe the lion you saw was in reference to the child you would bare. That this son that you have will be great like a lion. Okay, take care.
