& how many LED light? Can i have 1 LED light that will change to multiple colours, like red, orange, light blue and blue?

You can buy led lights that look like the spots that you see. They are low voltage as you would expect. You can buy single color lamps or ones that scroll through colors. These are about £15 each.

You can buy LEDs which consist of triple output mini-LEDs (red, green and blue). The actual colour showing will depend on which of the mini-LEDs is lit.

There do exist LEDs that change colour depending on the resistor in front of them. Alternately, if you want to be able to mix colours, RGB or CMY are all you need.
