What I meant was if this affair happen at a company off site event. Things happen at those company parties....

You can try if you want but your chances of success are pretty slim. What you would be hoping for is that the company would settle with you out of court to hopefully prevent from spending more if it does go to court. I do not believe that you would win unless you could show that the company knew of the affair and helped keep it going somehow or somehow actively encouraged it.
I do know that in some states there are laws to allow you to sue the person the spouse had an affair with. I do not know which states though.

no u can not because that is not the companys fault that ur spouse is having an affair.

if the company officials or persons in the company of management level knew the might be able to liable
