If you have some crescent rolls, you can make a cheese pizza with the left overs. Press the crescent rolls out and spread the mac/cheese on top. Add other toppings as you like. Kids love this.

this is a good way to make snacks out of leftover mac and cheese.
Next Day Mac and Cheese "Toast"
Leftover baked macaroni and cheese, refrigerated for at least overnight
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 egg beaten with 2 ounces water
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying, preheated to 375 degrees
Cut refrigerated macaroni and cheese into slices or bite size pieces.
Season the flour with salt, pepper and cayenne. Dredge each piece through the flour and gently tap off excess. Dip in the egg wash and then coat with the bread crumbs. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes so the crust can set. Very carefully drop into the oil and fry until golden brown. Remove to a baking sheet fitted with a rack and rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Here are a few suggestions.
Add 1 pound hamburger, cooked and drained
jar of salsa, and 1/2 jar of water
Add hamburger, salsa and water to a large skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then add mac and cheese and heat through.
Cheeseburger Macaroni
1 pound of hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/3 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
Leftover mac and cheese
1. Brown hamburger with onion (optional) in large skillet; drain
2. Place hamburger in skillet, stir in 1 1/2 c. water, ketchup, and macaroni and cheese.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low; cover. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until desired consistency.
My mother's weird concoction.
Cook hamburger with chopped onion.
Drain grease. While cooking hamburger, make mac and cheese according to the box. (In your case leftover mac and cheese)
Mix together. You may want to add cheddar cheese, to make it more cheesier and a little milk to make it creamier. I add a small container of cottage cheese to it. I know it sounds gross, but my family loves it that way.

I like to add a bit of portabello mushrooms that you can sautee real quick on med heat with some extra virgin oliv oil, salt pepper, garlic salt, and basil! I mix that in the macaroni with some mozzarella cheese and some shredded paremsan or shaved smoked gouda. (Add a bit of milk to keep it moist otherwise rehaeting mac and cheese can dry it out) Place in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Top with grilled chicken and serve! It's awesome and sooooo simple!

Mix veggies with your mac put it in a oven safe dish or platter thats non-stick. Shred your favorite type of cheese & put it on top. Bake under 350 for 20-25mins til the cheese on top look some what crispy! ( u may want to add a little bit of water or butter at the bottom so it won't be so dry.)
enjoy!

Yum! TGIFriday's used to make a dish called Grown Up Mac & Cheese... it was my hubby's favorite. They don't make it anymore so I make it at home. Add to the Mac & Cheese, cooked crumbled bacon, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, and even onions if you want... it's SO good. They also make Fried Mac & Cheese there... but I haven't figured out how to do that, yet :)

Try adding some cream cheese to your leftover mac and cheese, as well as a little butter. Then scoop into balls and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Brown in a little butter and serve with your favorite marinara sauce and a little sprinkling of parmesan.

Add a can of cream of celery soup, some diced ham, steamed broccoli florets, and some diced green and/or red pepper. Mix well, and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. It's delicious and easy!
