Dnahcramail, there are lots of people that eat one chocolate bar a day and who aren't fat. You make it sound as if it is the weirdest thing you've ever heard in your entire life. For your information, there are lots of people who need a certain kind of food every day, like there are people who need meat every day or a piece of cheese. But i guess you find that normal, right? Well guess what, many kinds of meat or cheese contain even more calories than chocolate. And for your information, i'm a strict vegetarian so i don't eat that stuff so i reward myself with something else, something i like. Got it?

Depends on your goal. If you are trying to lose fat. NO. If you are just staying healthy and trying to maintain... eh, if a half hour of hard work on a cardio machine is worth a candy bar, then that's your call. I would recommend allowing yourself one per week as a reward.

Sure. I think you should indulge yourself if it is just one chocolate bar per day. You really do not have a weight problem, but you think you do. I think you are of an ideal height and weight. You *DESERVE* a reward.
I would encourage you to continue with your exercise program, and I am pleased that you are able to accomplish as much as you have. Being on an exercise program takes discipline as well as a commitment to exercise every day. Maintain a positive mental attitude.

A small chocolate treat every day is fine. Dark Chocolate is full of antioxidants so it isn't as bad as you think. Buy the best chocolate you can afford and have a small piece every day and savor the flavor!

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than thrice a day. No solid/liquids in between other than water. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate body sytem to generate signals when one is hungry/full.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
By following the above procedure u will achieve results u have never dreamt ever.

is it healthy to eat chocolate every day? If I were you, I stick to the wild oats where I could find me a more appropriate sweet.
