i was also wondering if anyone knows how to put the upside down exclamation points in an email

or

And yes exclamation point at the Beginning and end... Dont know how to put it though thry words help Spanish Characters

Martha is right, if you are not in Panama when you say that you have to say "ir" and not "venir".
