My right knee hurts below the knee cap a little on the right side. It is not a thrubing pain just a constant ache. When i walk it seams to go away. Just when I sit for a while.

you probably over used the muscles and that's the constant ache that you are feeling. the reason it hurts more when you sit is lack of circulation. Place an ice pack on the area for ten minutes several times a day. If you have access to a Jacuzzi that would improve your circulation. Use Advil soft gel capsules, four times daily to help with the pain. If this does not get better in a few days see your medical doctor.
