Fresh fruits and veggies (any of them really), lean meats (esp chicken and fish)...brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread.

Foods high in water content (melons for example) are filling but low calorie by volume. Great way to be satisfied, get some of your daily water, and take in few calories.

Stay away from table sugar, refined (white) flour, fried foods, breaded foods, candy/junk food, sodas, alcohol, fatty meat...use condiments, dressings, and spreads sparingly (lots of calories and fat typically).

There are tons of healthy food to eat! Most can be freely available (for a price) at your local A&W!

Things to eat:
-Burgers
-Fries
-Anything deep fried
-Ice Cream
-Chocolate
-Coke (Pepsi will kill you)

Things to stay away from:
-All those nasty things like fruit and vegetables. Nothing will shorten your lifespan quicker.
-Absolutely NO water
-Medium doses of grain products.

Remember, always go to the extreme when eating. Always eat too much, or starve yourself and eat none at all.

And don't forget that tablespoon of refined sugar every day! (It keeps your blood sugar balanced.)

Fruits: avoid high-sugar; try grapefruit, pears, apples, strawberries (or other berries), bananas

Vegetables: avoid light leaf veggies; try spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, broccili, celery, all peppers

Rice: avoid white; try brown rice, whole grain breads, whole grain pastas/spaghetti

Protein: avoid high-fat, dark/red meat; try chicken lean turkey/pork/beef, haddock (or white fish), beans, nuts (almonds, walnuts)

STAY AWAY FROM DESSERTS!!! Jell-O and that kind of stuff is fine, but you know what I mean: ice cream, cake, cookies, all pastries, chocolate, candy, etc.

And remember, you can't go wrong with water! 0 calories and everything but helps keep you running. Good luck!
