As many know, when you travel, you get constipated a lot. I already have a problem with constipation. I will be in a bus for over a week all day long. Any pills i could take to stay regular? I know all the regular stuff about drinking tons of water and eat fruit/veggies/fiber...but any pills?

avoid the pills if you can or you will become dependant on them, and then tolerant of them and then be in worse shape than you are now. In addition to the water etc, get out of your seat and move, as much as you can, it's the sitting still for too long that creates the constipation.

I'd eat lots of Fiber One. But if you insist on a pill, I'd ask your pharmacist to recomend a gentle laxative. A woman's formula or docusate or colace. Take it easy with the laxative until you know how you'll react. Then make sure you stop. Prolonged usage of laxatives causes your body to become dependant upon them to work which sets you up for a very difficult and nasty cycle.
Once you stop taking them, keep up the fiber, hydration and get alot of walking done. Movement stimulates the bowels. So does caffiene.
