Ok.... I'm a year round sports player so you'd think I'd be in pretty good shape. I'm not really, though. I'd like to get a size smaller(I'm a size7/8 in jeans) and lose most of the fat on my body(thighs, stomach, butt, etc...) and be able to run faster so that I can have more endurance during all of my sports. I only have 3 months before Tennis starts again, so do you know anything I can do to help me with my goals?? If you do can you post a website so I can find it at a later date?? Thanks so much!

The best thing for you to do is practice running, and allot of it. Running burns more calories than any other common exercise. So there you can kill 2 problems at once. As long as your eating correctly your fat will melt off. Running will help you utilize your fat stores more efficiently also.
So run and eat right. I have no idea how good you are at running but, if you can do 3 miles in under 30 minutes then run 20 miles a week, if under 25, then 25 miles a week if under 20 then 30-35 miles a week. Have a day in there where you don't do long distance but do sprint intervals.

eat right, drink water, exercise at least 30 minutes every day. maybe you are the size you are meant to be. I'd love to be a size 7/8!

Cleansing is the best way to lose weight in my book, and you are not putting a bunch of harmful chemicals in you. It actually gets rid of all that
