Global Warming End of Days
Twenty-eight people, many of them drunk, have drowned in the Russian capital this month

Moscow Meteorologists said Monday was the hottest May day in the city since records began.
2 PETER 1:19-21
19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

ISAIAH 46:9-10
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

I think it is because Vodka is so cheap and so potent.

I find it very interesting how some will bend every mishap into 'prophecy'. Basically, people are not always smart and they do stupid things like drinking and swimming when the water is still too cold.

When I was in Maine this past memorial day weekend a number of people drowned because although the air temperature was 95F, the water temperature was 50F and they got hypothermia and drowned. I suppose that is prophecy too.

Don't read in more than what is there.

Alcoholism poses as much a national health crisis in Russia today as it did during the Soviet Union’s early 1980s, when up to 2 of every 5 men were considered alcoholics.

Today alcohol plays a role in the deaths of nearly a third of all Russians. Alcohol poisoning kills an estimated 40,000 Russians each year, compared with just 400 Americans annually.

To answer the question not the rant it is because Russia has been historically plagued with alcoholism.

When you step out of a Moscow subway at one in the morning and you see a small frail 70 year old drunk woman being lead out of the station by the subway authority you know you have a problem.

roflmao just when I thought you couldn't reach a new low in intellectual status, you not only prove me wrong, you astound me.
Either you really are a troll, or every christian who has seen your questions hangs their head in shame.

28 people die and you think this is a sign of the end times come to pass? I shudder to think of what you were thinking after 9/11, any one of the massive hurricanes to hit North America in the last seven years, the tsunamis and earthquakes that have wiped out thousands.

Over the last weeks I've read a lot of your 'questions'. At every question, without exception, I've thought "Nahh, it's impossible that a human being really thinks this way".

This question tops it. Congratz.

Go to Moscow, witness the poverty and understand then why people drink. Nuff said.

If you had ever been to Russia you would know the answer to that question.
