Heaven would be nothing without your memories or the ones you love.

Its friends and loved ones, through their actions and memories shared that make existance bareable, I do not think I could leave them behind.

What kind of all loving, all powerful entity would ask you to make such a decision in the first place?

Hell, I have a hard enough time leaving them at the end of term

If the opportunity arises, I will happily follow my Lord Jesus ... but I know I'll go to heaven when I die.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from youselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do " (Eph. 2:8,9).

then how could it truly be heaven without your memories?

if your in heaven with no memories of your beloved and yourself, you are nothing but a mindless meat bag that has nothing to do but fulfill simple bodily pleasures

i think a true heaven is where you can fulfill your dreams, and the heaven you suggest requires you to abandon those dreams
