I am 11 years old and 95 lb. My stomach is a little round and I would like to make it flat. I do not need to know what to eat. I know what is healthy. But what should I do?

just avoid the junkfood and fastfoods, and get in a sport or start jogging 30 minutes a day after school. I lost weight just by jogging and you can to,its all mind power.

you are 11 years old and in for a lot of body changes. As long as you stay active and have fun being active you will acheive your flat stomach, although be aware that every body had a different body type and your tummy may never be as flat as a board....I consider myself lucky to have at least a little curve to my figure. At your wonderful age I am concerned as to why you are concentrating on your stomach? Have some fun before you get too old to enjoy life!

At age 11 your body is still growing...dieting can be bad for your natural development.

I would recommend just eating healthy and not trying to lose weight. It does not sound like you are excessively over weight.

All girls have a little round tummy...it's part of become a women. Sorry...
It's great to want to eat healthy though. Try not to eat things high in fat, sugar or sodium and it should help. If you drink soda...stop!
