what will he get charged with, for beating 3 women up, punching, kicking them, black eyes,scratches, bruises everywhere, thrown down the stairs, will it be ABH or GBH.
i would be very grateful if anyone can help me

As far as I'm aware - the terms ABH and GBH are not really used in Scots law. Instead it would probably come under Serious Assault or Minor assault (which also includes threatening gestures that induce a state of bodily fear). I imagine however that beating up 3 women would most definitely fall into the Serious Assault category - unless he could somehow prove that he was acting in self defence. Hopefully they'll lock him up for a bit. :-/

Sounds like a normal party in Scotland. I know what I would like to do to him, but him in my cage for ten minutes. No broken bones, ABH, 3 months if he has previous.

i think it could be either all depends on his reasons although a man should never do this as same for woman should not do it it really all depends on the judge

hopefully he'll get charged with attempted murder, but probably abh.
then i hope they hang, draw and quarter him. perhaps he should try picking on someone his own size?

if there were stitches involved hes looking at serious assault permanent disfigurement deserves 3/5 years for hitting women anyway ( the rat)

could be gbh and 5yrs...they dont like that sort of thing i know a guy who got 3yrs for kicking a haggis
