I'm so waiting on some jerk to say "I'll see you there"
I think that's a good question actually (as a Christian). Many don't "practice what they preach".

Can you provide any basis for this theory of yours? The bible will not support this.
Hell is where people will go for breaking the laws of God. Hell is an eternal punishment. Telling someone that they are leading a life that ends in hell is not breaking the law of God, but rather is seeking to get the other person to understand what they are doing.
Many people feel that there is no God - thus the laws of God do not matter. Or they feel that they are "good people" and don't deserve to be punished as they "did not break God's law".
In truth, we are all sinners who broke God's law. We will all end up in hell if we are not made right with God. The bible tells us that the only way to be made right with God is thru Jesus. Jesus lived to teach us about God. He died to bear our sins. He rose to show us that he has defeated death. He then ascended into heaven to prepare a place for us (his beloved followers).
Deny God and go to hell. Deny Jesus and go to hell. Accept God and Jesus our savior and go to heaven. After accepting Jesus you must turn from sin and seek God and learn how he would have you live.
Pretty simple.

Where am I when so many apparent christians talk about someone going to Hell? Most of the time, it's the nonbeliever that brings up Hell! They talk and reference it many times more than any Christian that I see here, and I've been here a while.
Why do nonbelievers want to talk about Hell so much?

Hmmm...well, a Chritian wouldn't tell you that because I have no idea what a Chritian is. A CHRISTIAN may tell you that, and only God knows the heart of man.

there is no such 'place' as hell (except maybe Tucson in the summer), so telling someone to go to a fictitious place will not send them to a fictitious place, unless you live in a dreamworld. Hell is mental and emotional suffering that you create and you can change.

Well, by telling someone thay are "going to hell" then one is judging. This judgmental mentality is difficult to overcome but it is not "christian-like"
So you nor I have any right or place to tell who is going to hell and who isn't.

Then a lot of evangelists are screwed.
Actually, it is a sin to tell someone they are going to hell. Only God can condemn or judge, and it is not our place for that.

The bible says...Judge not lest ye also be judged.
Also a favorite quote of mine goes something like this..
"Preach the Gospel at all times. If necessary, use words."
St. Francis of Assisi
