Im a guy with slightly longer dirty blonde hair. I'm starting to get bored of the color and am thinking about getting lowlights. Any sudjestions? Do lowlights look good on blonde hair? or would it just look unnatural? I'm slightly fair skinned (darn swedish heritage..)

My suggestion would be for you to definitely get lowlights!
I would suggest sticking to a lighter brown color. Go to a salon and talk to a stylist about your lowlight options and just explain to her/him what you want. Don't leave until you are satisfied and be open-minded but don't compromise yourself. Make sure your happy with what is going on. Maybe you should try a semi-permanent color because it'll wash out if you don't like it. Then if you find out that you do like it, you can always get it done again but in permanent color. I hope I helped you and good luck!

It depends on whether or not you want to keep it up or not. If you can afford it, you should have it lowlighted about once a month to every six weeks. Since your hair is longish, the roots will be more noticeable. It is expensive to have it lowlighted unless you know someone who will give you a big discount.

with low lites you can go just a few shades darker and have it foiled in to where it looks natural..dark blonde or a light brown go with nuetral colors they won't pull red or ash or gold.go for it ...its summer.
