Apparently it is my soul that will be going to hell.
As the soul is not a physical thing and has no nervous system I will be impervious to pain,so no suffering.
Also think of the great people who are going to be there,Darwin,Gandhi and many others while those that "go upstairs" will have the pleasure of the company of christians like Hitler for example.

The concept of hell was created before science and medicine were able to show us the impossibilities of feeling pain without the assistance of the physical nervous system.
Christians only embrace science when it supports what they believe.

Let's just say there is a hell.
Ok now take a an object such as a match or lighter and put the flame under your arm. How long can you with stand the pain? Now imagine that all over your very body.
Oh if we didn't have souls and if we couldn't feel anything with our souls then what the heck is running our brain or our nervous system. Nervous is just a bunch of cells and our brain is a piece of mean. Well at least that's my opinion.

Think of Hell as an endless cycle of fear and suffering. If a person goes to hell, then they would be there for all eternity. Imagine all eternity... That is forever! If you would be able to process that, you might be able to compare it to something like infinite or never ending. Even though it's your soul, you would still feel the worst pain for all eternity. Instead of felling love, happiness, family, and God you would feel scorned, hated, pain, torture, and agony. Think about the things that you do in your life and wonder if it is really worth it to be a bad person because would you rather feel eternal happiness or eternal torture.

Don't fear it bud but the Christians will tell you its the absence of God that is painful. Deprived of the all loving being you gets a lil lonely
