I need some help how to cook salmon healthy way. I am tired of baking it plain already. But I do not want to mess it up with unhealthy stuff covering over it, etc.

Put some dried herbs on it... with a bit of olive oil. Some lemon slices... asparagus on the side... cover it with foil... and put it in the oven.

EDIT:
If you don't cover it with the foil... its gonna come out dry. The foil helps the moisture to stay in.

For a salmon steak, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. I heat a non-stick pan with just a coating of olive oil or vegetable oil(not Pam). Keeping the heat at medium, I put in the salmon. Cook for 7 minutes. Then flip. Cook for 5-7 minutes. It is done when it flakes, so don't overcook.

Cooking this way gives you the full flavor of the salmon without the calories. I don't really like baked fish, so only make it that way when it's a fish pie or something with leftovers or tuna. You could add some lemon or season with some of the new spice blends that have been showing up for kabobs at the grocery store.

Soaking ur salmon in about a pound of Miso, 1 cup Sake and 1 cup Mirin and a teaspoon of soy sauce(soy sauce optional) for about 24 hours. Is a really healthy tasty way to prepare it. After soaking it for a day, rinse off the fish from the marinate and pat dry. Lightly oil the bottom of a baking sheet and place salmon on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. And ur done. The salmon should be extremely soft and falling apart. I actually just made this dish for some friends about 2 weeks ago. It came out terrific. I hope you enjoy.

Try some kind of seasoning, like lemon pepper, garlic, etc. We have a grill seasoning that we found just by looking at the store and seeing what sounded good.
We usually cook ours on the grill. Lay down a piece of tin foil on the grill, spray with olive oil cooking spray (before grill is lit), season the salmon and grill away!
In the winter we use one of those little George Foreman grills. Be sure you are going to use it only for Salmon though as the fishy taste/smell doesn't come out very good and you can taste it in other things!

This is going to sound weird but it's really really good, put the salmon, skin side down in a glass baking dish, pour milk over it until it's about halfway up on the fillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 375 for like 20 minutes, until it flakes. Remove from the pan and discard the milk ... I make a sauce while it's baking of sour cream, chopped up cucumber, dill weed and celery salt to put on top. It's so so delicious, the milk takes the "fishy" taste out of it, and the sauce is a great compliment. I like it cold the next day also.

Here's how I cook it when I'm super lazy. I have an electronic rice cooker I got at target that steams vegetables on the top tray. I put the rice in the bottom and lay the salmon in the veggie tray on top. I put a few lemon slices on it and some salt. Then I turn it on and the salmon turns out really tender and juicy. When its done put the salmon on the rice and put a little butter on it and a squeeze of lemon juice.

My favorite ways to cook salmon are to Broil, BBQ or steam it. If I'm broiling or BBQing it I brush a small amount of Butter (Or Olive oil) onto the fillet or steak, then I sprinkle lemon pepper, salt and garlic.

If I'm steaming I do just that steam it, then make it into salmon salad sandwiches.

You can also smoke the salmon, find some sort of brine recipe you like. Smoked salmon is wonderful.

I have cooked it on the George Forman grill and it was dry.
I have baked it and it was dry.
I think I would try wrapping it in parchment paper with lemon slices and some herb on it and maybe some fresh green beans in there and olive oil. Then bake it.
When they cook it on TV it always looks half raw when they are done cooking it.
Maybe America's Test Kitchen would have a good way to fix it. They have a web site.

Apply a margarine substitute to the surface of the fish and the bottom. Add rosemary to the top, garlic and bake at 350 until flaky...it's delish and our son's favorite dinner!

Squeeze lemon on it, add little salt and pepper and baste it with oil. Broil it about 8 minutes on each side. This is simple, tasty and preserves its original taste without changing it.
