I want to tell this guy I am friends with that I have feelings for him but I keep talking myself out of it. I keep thinking why would he want to be with me. I feel like if he wanted me he would make the first move. I have no idea why I feel this way. He has told me that he finds me attractive and takes the time to spend time with me. Am I just using it as an excuse not to say anything?

Go for it. If you don't you'll never know what could have happened or if you could have developed serious feelings for him.
