My parents pay for my schooling, but I still have to pay for books and other fees that go along with school.
I do have a pell grant, but my dad controls that so I don't see a penny of it.
I am considering getting a small student loan, so that I can:

a) Get out of credit card debt (almost $2,000)
b) Have a little money to spend
c) Get a place on campus

I know that this is a way that I can get some money, take care of some problems and sort my life out.
Once I get finished with school, I'll have a job and be able to pay it all back.
I was thinking 5,000 dollars would be a good starting point.
Problem is, that I don't want family to know that I am doing this and my credit really sucks.
I have a small job, but it's just enough to pay for the bills. This would give me some leverage.
Where should I look and what other advice can you give me?

Chase Eduction One. I have to have a co-signer because I dont have a job. Your cosigner MUST have a job and been there for at least 2 years. They have to have a Pay Stub at least 60 days old (or your most recent). They are an excellent Private Loan Program.

This is my second year with them and couldnt be more happier!

The money gets sent directly TO YOU NOT YOUR SCHOOL. They dont need your schools permission like National City loans do (experience). If you donot have a bank account or debit card try not to get nothing bigger than $11,000 because its hard to cash. But there is NO LIMIT TO HOW MANY LOANS YOU COULD TAKE OUT THROUGH THE YEAR. JUST AS LONG AS ITS WITHIN YOUR YEARLY LIMIT (how much your school year attendance is. you could find that out by calling Chase 1(888) 289-3133 and asking them how much could I get a year from school? They will ask for your school name and they will tell you your borrowing limit for a year worth of loans. That amount applies for every year you take out. Mine is $23,899.

Hope this helps any more questions please ask me anytime!!!

Oh by the way all the ones that are saying: HI (blah blah blah) I am a loaner. PLEASE IGNORE
They are people that will get your world turned up side down.
I tried talking to one of them and they never responded. Some people say they ask for a certain amount of money too.
JUST BEING HONEST
