I have the same problem!
It is caused by a combination (according to the dr.) of gas build-up and pressure from my stomach on other organs, etc. inside.
It is usually relieved by gas relief meds or more quickly by releasing gas through burping. When this happens, I grab a diet 7UP and drink it quick! The carbonation makes me burp and the pain usually goes away!
Of course, not eating so much always works the best!
Sorry...I know how uncomfortable this is!

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

Whoa! That's really bad. If you're feeling Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of your chest. It lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back. Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach. Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort. Other signs such as breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness. As with men, women’s most common heart attack symptom is chest pain or discomfort. But women are somewhat more likely than men to experience some of the other common symptoms, particularly shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting and back or jaw pain. If you have any of these signs, don’t wait more than five minutes before calling for help. Call 9-1-1 and get to a hospital right away. You may be having a heart attack!

You do not indicate your age, but I would advise you to take care.Over-eating by itself is bad enough. The Stomach and bowel will not be too happy with you, and will rebel over time. Back to your pain. As a long shot youu could have the onset of Angina. This is a disease of the heart, often caused by over-exertion in some way.Weight, gluttony, lifestyle, etc., can lead to these problems later in life. To be certain I would check with your doctor. Good Luck!
