IF NOT what else can I do indoors to work my arms, thighs, hips and stomach?

no, if you put hand weights while your running it will help tone your shoulders and arms.

this is still not a body workout.

Get some light weights and you can tone your arms and shoulders with different, simple exercises. Also, yoga's great for toning your body (and can be a surprisingly hard workout)--I'm a fan of the Five Tibetan Rites for full-body yoga.

You also need to do some strength training. Weight lifting etc.

No, you need weight training too. Preferably free weights whenever possible.

if you are trying to lose weight then you have to do it for 30-50min (ideally 45min) - you can take some dumbbells in your hands and lift them as you walk.

pump your arms while you run. then you'll be working all the muscles you named.
