can i cut and splice the REM of multiple amps into one line that goes to the front of the vehicle or should i run individual lines?

If they're all connected to the same remote output, then there's no electrical difference between cutting/splicing and running new wires. Do whatever's easier. However, there is a limit to how many amps you can connect without overloading the remote output. To be safe, you should probably use a relay if you plan to connect more than three amps or other components to the remote line.

run the rem to 1 amp. then from that amp run a short rem wire to the next amp from the 1st amps rem connection.(piggyback them)
