Hi,
I am a female 5'7 175 lbs. Down from 226 lbs. I am trying to lose another 20 lbs. I have been drinking fruit smooties for breakfast (full of fresh/frozen fruit(no sugar added) and yogurt, and spinach). A granola bar, or a couple rice cakes a couple hours later. For lunch normally healthy choice low sodium soup, or sometimes a sandwich on wheat bread. Then a couple hours after that another snack. And then for Dinner (or sometimes I switch it up and have it for lunch) I have been having a lean cuisine or smart ones meal. Is it ok to have one of these just once a day?
Thanks!

I eat Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers almost every day and have lost weight. I like them because I don't have to guess at portions or calories or anything else. also, I don't like to cook for just me and my kids don't need to be on a diet. congratulations and keep it up!

You'll still lose weight, but make sure you check the labels to make sure that the fat and calories are low. I believe smart ones are a product of weightwatchers, so they are pretty dependable.

Jus be aware that frozen meals have a lot of perservatives, salt and sometimes sugar. See if you can try to limit them to 3 times a week instead; it's better for you to make your own fresh meals.

microwave diners are absolute garbage. a simple look at the list of ingredients tells you that this is something that should not be ingested. there are 5x more preservatives and additives than there are actual food items in those meals. the longer the list of ingredients in a food item the more processed it is and the less nutrients it will provide. if optimum fat loss and long term health is your goal microwaver meals will not be a staple in you diet
