But if you want to lose weight then cut the sugar.
Cut the bread, carbs.
Eat healthy. Fruits & Veggies. Not too much fruit because fruit has sugar. Eat baked foods instead of fried things.
Exercise for at least 45 minutes to an hour everyday. Start slow first so exercise every other day.
Also, go for a walk or run each day. Get some fresh air. Atleast 10 to 15 minutes everyday. It helps.

I have been reading online and looking online at alot of diets and exercise activities for you. Every diet i found you have to pay for. I do happen to know alot about things that can help you lose weight.
One thing is you can drink tons of water, when you get hungry drink as much water as you can cause it will fill you up much faster than food will, plus no calories fat carbs or sugars.
Another is exerciseing everyday for atleast an hour.
I believe the water diet will work best, its not really a diet but i read the person who used it lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks and they didnt exercise/. Imagine if you exercise and drink alot of water (but still eat fruit and veggies and lunch and dinner) you will probably lose more weight in that amount of time.!

You don't need to lose weight. Yes, you may feel jealous about your bf liking another girl, but that doesn't mean that you have to change the way you look. You are only fourteen, and still growing. Your will body will adjust to the right size eventually if you eat healthy. If you would like to go on a diet, wait until you are older, or find a better reason than social status. If he doesn't like YOU for YOU (your personality), then there is no reason why you should be dating him. Be yourself, and the right guy will come along. Besides, looks aren't everything, you know?

Sounds kinda like me excpet I dont have a bf. Anyway, I just found info about this diet cuz I NEED to lose weight too. It's called the Amazing 3 Day Diet. You follow it exactly for 3 days and you could lose 10 pounds in 3 days and if you stick to it you could lose 40 pounds in a month. I'm gonna start it next week!
