We are losing the war because various groups over there don't want peace. Shiites and Sunnis hate eachother. The both of them hate Kurds and Christians. This is not true of most Muslims, but its true to a certain extent. The only reason why it seemed "peaceful" in Iraq before the war is because Saddam cruelly suppressed all opposition. Now his opposition is in power and the want revenge.

i could tell u if i knew what we were fighting against. first it was to save the world from WMD which didn't exist in the first place. then the big fat lie came out the war suddenly became against the tyranny of Saddam, after he was caught, the war was to establish democracy. now Iraq has a selected gvt. can any one tell me why the troops are still there?

also i'd like to include that democracy can never be imposed to a country. it must come from the domestic movement. if it doesn't, i can garranty that democracy is not gonna last long. why don't we just let other country's solve their own problems?
we have enough of ours to deal with.

Honestly, I don't really think anyone is losing or winning by a large margin. I do however, think that the USA is "ahead" in this war.

I think we should stay in Iraq. We're helping them form a better country, so the Iraqis better be happy. The USA is just helping!

And, as always, even if you don't support a war, support the troops! Remember, they're the ones who are putting their lives on the line, not yours.

kind of hard to say only because the war we went there to fight is over...now were just referring a civil war trying to get the new iraqi government to take control so we can finish putting in military bases and oil pipes and leave!
