Yes, I would. I would treat another house of worship the same way I'd like the masjid to be treated.

I am a Christian and I have been to a Mosque and a Synangogue and have attended both services for Muslims and Jews...I was respectful and at the same time I walked away with a newfound respect for their religions....I also was raised Catholic but married a Baptist and now go to a Baptist Church...my wife and I sometimes slip off to Mass as we respect all sects of Christianity as well...So yeah I WOULD respect...respect begets respect

I am a Baptist and went to a Catholic church. I respected them because to do otherwise would be...well disrespectful. There's no reason not to respect someone if they are worshiping. While I in no way agree with the Catholic church, it doesn't mean I cannot be a good person by simply minding my own business in the midst of their church. For me, it was a mere educational purpose for being there.

Of course I would. I would expect the same in return too.
Since I went there with my own choice then I would have no reason not to respect it.

Of course. I've been to several Christian churches, Jewish synagogues, etc and have never shown disrespect towards the people or the religion. Not even after I left.

I believe we are supposed to follow the Golden Rule -- meaning we should behave toward others as we would like to have them behave towards us.
If I want someone else to respect my house of worship, then I need to respect their house of worship.

Yes of course. All should be treated with resepct. If you disagree then try and discuss it rationally and then prove your point with facts and documentation. But don't disagree within thier house of worship. Respect their faith and their worship service.

Do every time I have to go into a church (weddings, funerals, etc.)
Would I got to someone's house and track mud on their floors? No! I respect everyone and expect the same back.

I would treat it with respect, more out of respect for the other people there, than out of respect for the religion itself. What good would it do for anyone if I were to desecrate something?

Yup.
I went to a Reform Synagogue once, entirely of my own choice, not even with a friend, and did everything I could to honor the traditions and rites of the people with whom I shared Shabbat.
