Is Ensure like Slim Fast? I think they are both delicious drinks, but will Ensure help you lose weight?

I don't think Ensure is similar to Slim Fast. To me Ensure is a drink to help make you gain weight. My mom always buy Ensure so she can send it to her home country to our relatives because they're so small and skinny. Plus, my cousin's on the football team and his mom makes him drink Ensure to gain weight because he's really skinny.

Ensure is not like Slim Fast it's to gain weight; I drink 6 cans a day ; it puts nutrients into body that may not get from food.

No. Ensure is for people who cannot or do not eat regular meals. It gives the drinker the same calories as a meal and will definitely not help you lose weight if you take it instead of a meal.

Ensure is typically given to people to help them gain weight...or to the elderly who don't eat right, to help stop them from losing.
Look at the calories on the can. To lose weight your daily calorie intake must be lower than what you burn.

no, it is mainly used to make sure you are getting a proper caloric intake. I was given it as a meal replacement when I broke my jaw and had it wired shut
