I will be goin to hong kong and i am on a tight budget. Im thinkin of booking a Hotel online and using this site.Pls. help me i dont know anything about booking online.Is it safe and are there any other sites u can share. I will be in Hk for 1 week so i pretty need to be cheap. Do i have to book online or just get the hotel when i am already in HK ??? thankyou !

It provides the service as promised. Hotel reservation confirmations usually take about 24 hours because of the time difference of the USA and Asia. Cancellation credits are timely. And the credits for completing your stay are put on at the end of the calendar month as promised. They were the cheapest and most reasonable with a wide range of hotels till I found this other site. Make sure you print the voucher, most hotels don't ask for them but, make sure you have it if they ask for it.
At least compare it to www.asiarooms.com, reservation confirmations are about the same, cancellation credits are a bit slow. They have reviews to get an idea what to expect. And they have a wide range of hotels to choose from. I find that this site has the best rates. And will advise you of any rates differences for certain periods.
Also check Kayak.com or sidestep.com
And don't wait till you arrive, you could end up in a flea trap. There are many conventions and other events that could confict.
