I have Cartages of the World but this is limited to the basic military loads. I would like to make this GUN&ROUND more flex-able for hunting BEAR and/or DEER.

What edition of Barnes do you have? Mine lists a 159 grain bullet with 52.4 grains of IMR 3031 producing a MV of 2870, a 196 grainer with 54 grains of IMR 4895 at 2630, and a 198 grainer with 54.5 grains of IMR 4895 at 2740. If you have a chronograph, I don't see what more you could ask for. You don't want to use the Hornady 220 grain bullet with the Krag, anyway, Hornady's relatively new 195 grain bullet is a peach, and everybody has a 170 grainer. Keep your powders in the same burning rate range, chronograph your loads religiously, and I don't see what more you could ask for. If you don't have a chrono, that should be high on your list. I've been stuffing my own since the 1960's, and inexpensive chronos are the best thing since sliced bread so far as I'm concerned.

Get either a LEE or a Dillon reloading manual. Most any sporting goods shop or gunshop would have these, you can also order these books from Brownells.com or cabellas.com

If you are looking at reloading, try Buffalo Arms.
