b4 when i was working out my buttocks it was getting nicer and plump ;^) so wat r some good workouts

Using the bike at the gym or the stairmaster are great for your butt. Don't belong to a gym? Walk up hills, squeeze your butt together whenever you want (one of my favs!), or if you're lying on your bed reading a mag or something, hold a pillow in between your feet and lift it up repeatedly toward your back while you lie stomach-faced down. It really works! Good luck :)

Squats like the man said...the more weight u have on ur back while ur squating the faster ur *** catures the perfect form

I walk stairs. My butt is in perfect shape. Try a football stadium or a stairmaster machine.

Backwards bridging. Stand on your head backwards but with your feet planted so that you're looking backwards upside-down. Try it! Can you feel it? You'll have to turn your TV upside-down. Try to do it for 20 minutes.

lay on your back with your palms down beside you and lift your pelvis up and down tighted your but muscles as you do it. They are called pelvic thrusts.
