God has always been and always will be. The Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. Before Him there was no other. In other words....No, He doesn't ever wonder who created HIm because He was always here!

According to Prof. Steven Hawking time and space came into being simultaneously, therefore the question of something being " Created " before that is a nonsensical question . So the answer is no `cause there was nothing before God - if he exists.
