Please no jokes. I am so upset and alone right now, I really need anyone willing to pray for me. I am in a situation with my job where I was going to be promoted from my old job (which I love) to another job which will eventually pay better but I do not love as I do the old job. I decided that I didn't want the promotion. The problem is, I havent signed anything official yet, so I am still technically in my old job, but my employer has already hired someone else to move into my new job, forcing me to take the new job or another one which is much lower and worse than the other two. I really feel that I have been tricked here, and am waiting to talk to my 2nd in line boss, but in the meantime I could really use some prayers from others willing to help me out. I really want to keep my old job. Please pray for me, if you are willing. Thanks and God Bless You.

I had a serious problem at work recently. This prayer was prayed for me and the results were outstanding and glorious. I put it on my refrigerator to remember the great things God can do.
Father I thank You that You give me courage and boldness where there is intrepidation and fear. I thank You that You didn't give me a mind of fear by you've given me a sound mind, one that works according to Your will Father.
Thank You that Your message to me today is love Father, not fear and that I can walk in love as I go.
You contend with my enemies. Your word says so. And I thank You Lord that Your contention with my enemies scatters those fears. And I thank You Lord that anxiety doesn't have to overtake me, in Jesus name, Amen.

I'll keep you in my prayers, don't you worry...
But along the way, I think you need a friend whom you could share your thoughts with and if you feel like talking to me, just drop me a line.
I'd be more than willing to do what I can to try talk it out (I know it won't do any better for your job position but at least, there must be something I could do to make you feel better, right? I think, this is another kind of prayer I can do for you... for your happiness)
:-)

You sound like a true believer, so you are able to take all of your burdens and fears, and also wishes to the Lord in prayer yourself, along with faith, (Matthew 8:13 "...go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you...". Ask Him for wisdom and guidance. Perhaps He has opened this door of opportunity for you, knowing it is for the best for you in the long run, if you but not fear change. Best of luck to you and put your future in the hands of the Lord. God bless.

Will pray, the good thing about trusting in Christ is that even if you got tricked or made a bad choice in accepting this new job, God can make good from it. If after talking to the higher ups your still having to move to this new job, have faith that Christ will make it work or open the door to something bigger and better. Isn't it great that he loves us so much that even when we make mistakes, he helps us to fix them.

Prayers from here. Look to the Lord for guidance. And, know that His plans for you are greater than any plans you could have for yourself. Sometimes what seems like the worse possible thing turns out to be the greatest blessing of your life. Take peace and comfort in that. . . .

Just did! Be patient, friend, sometimes God leads us to new places for other opportunities than you can see. And sometimes, God just has to step in and help make it better. Whatever it is, I'm sure He's already on it - just have peace and know it'll all work out wonderfully in the end.

Just did. Stay strong in your faith. As others have said, there is a reason for everything. God does not close a door without opening another.
Psalm 32:8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
Best wishes for you.
