Gaining weight quick is not a good idea. It puts a lot of stress on your body. And it depends on what kind of weight you are wanting to put on. If it is fat, just eat horribly and you will put on the weight! If it is muscle (during a bulk cycle) cut down on cardio and concentrate on weights. Make sure to eat a lot of protein to help regenerate your muscles because when you work out, it breaks muscles down. Eat good carbs, like whole wheat.

You can eat a lot of pure white sugar, candies, cakes, and chips or anything like that. But you have to make sure to brush your teeth more or else you'll get cavities.
