Since you're 13, you probably still have a little bit of "baby fat" left, so don't worry too much. But, if you want to start losing weight right now, then my best advice would be to drinks lots of water and start eating really healthy. I'm sure you've heard that before...but by eating healthy enough--you can lose weight in a week. Eat cereal for breakfast and snack on fruit later in the day, drink lots of water, eat salad and chicken. Don't snack on goodies or chips and you will definietly lose weight.

I determined the booklet to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however almost always) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It obviously works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me considering of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. I've not ever bought something like this earlier than considering they're regularly stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a great shock. Get began in these days!

Fresh fruits, vegetables, low-fat meats, and water mixed with plenty of exercise. Since you are 13 and still maturing starving yourself is not good. Keep a diet journal and record everything you eat. Then take a food nutrition guide and figure your calorie intake for the day. To lose a decent amount of weight without messing up your metabolism, I suggest a 1800 calorie dietary intake per day. Also, include a multivitamin with a meal everyday. The body burns calories faster with increased muscle mass and good nutrition.

You need to be careful because you do need to be nutrionally sound in your choices. Take a look at the Zone diet. It seems well balanced, yet not fatty. It works well for me. I also have cut out all meat except salmon. When I really want to drop weight and feel great, I cut out all flour and sugar. This usually leaves only fruit and vegetables, which are best eaten raw. Be careful at your age to not harm your health. : )

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
