Yes, it's an Outlook problem.

Go to Tools--> Accounts

Select your account and click the "Properties" button. Then click the "Advanced" tab.

UNCHECK the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option and ok your way out.

You'll need to do this on every computer that uses the same email account or you may read a mail from a computer that hasn't set this option, only to get the mail again from another computer.

its real simple mate.. what normally happens is, ur mail get saved at 2 places.. ur server and ur outlook express.. it might be a problem often.. all u need to do..

*open outlook express
*Click on tools on the top
*goto the option email accounts
*click the radio button which says "view or change existing email accounts"
*click next
*u might see a window which says Internet Email settings, where u mght have a button which says more settings
*click on it and go the tab which says "Advanced"
*Now look down, and u shud see an option which might say "leave a copy of messages on server"
*UNCHECK IT
*Click on OK and ull come out of the window
*Click next and finish and UR DONE.

now ur emails wont be saved on ur server and it jus comes thru to ur outlook express. beware: In this case, once u delete ur email, it s gone forever.

hope this helps mate :)
