A Christmas tree? A tree that is on fire? Seriously though, no trees give off light.

It's a tricky question....Bodhi Tree would be the answer.

Because Budhha meditated underneath bodhi tree and got knowledge (light) and all the answers which had been bothering him.

I havent heard of a tree giving of light. But maybe an algae. This are called bioluminescent plants. Plants that give out light.
