The key to managing anxiety-related worry is to STRUCTURE and CONTAIN it.
Start by making a list of everything about which you tend to worry during the day. Make the list quite detailed and as exhaustive as possible.
Next, set out a specific time and a specific place during which your ONLY task (and only permitted activity is WORRY). For example, starting at about 20-30 minutes every day (for the first week or so), in a specific spot in your home, you are to take your list, sit down, go through each item on that list, and worry. Again, that is the ONLY activity permitted during worry time (no doing paperwork, no snacking, no listening to music...only WORRY).
Importantly, during the course of this therapeutic exercise, worry is not permitted at any time other than the specific time of day (consistency is important here) and that specific spot. If you find your worries coming up during the day, tell yourself "that is only for worry time. I will worry about this at the appointed time". If the worry that arises during the day is not already on the list, add it to the list and proceed as usual.
Gradually reduce worry time (by about 5 minutes per week).
You may be very, very pleasantly surprised at the results of what may, at first, seem a paradoxical exercise.
Best of luck,
~M~

There are loads of things you can do to stop worrying!
First you need to decide whether you're worrying more now than say a year ago? If you are then you need to consider whether you're stressed or suffering from an Anxiety Disorder (ie associated physical symptoms such as knotting of the stomach, palpitations, sweats, headaches, arousal etc). If you think you may be suffering from an Anxiety Disorder, go see yyour doctor. They're easily teated.
If not try some relaxation techniques. Remeber sometimes anxiety is our body's way of telling us that we need to do something to follow up on a project.
Are the questions you're asking right now serving you? If not then try asking some that do (eg what can I do today to make this a really great day?)

Hello. In my opinion I used to be like that. What worked for me was whenever I got a bad flash of something bad or started worrying about something I just stop and realize what I should be worrying about and what I shouldn't. But there are a lot of things that you should be worrying about. Since I don't know you personally I can't say what they are. Otherwise I just started over time to stop caring about certain things and the worry left me. I hope that you find a solution because worrying over to many things can have bad effects on you. Some would be sores on the inside of your stomach, fats staying in your arteries longer, or some people have developed serious psychological illnesses by going almost crazy from stress.
Or pills. Ask your doctor if this choice appeals to you.

I better Tyler's rude answer worried you but he might be serious...anyway, you probably need calcium which you can get in yogurt of a supplement. I will eat yogurt for breakfast with some granola in it and berries so you might want to try that or put on in the freezer & have it for an evn snack...you are going to be fine....you care which is great...do you have intuitive abilities. I wish I would have looked into this when I was your age & could make money now you should study psychology now so you can go into that feild & make money cause you are probably gifted in this feild....OK, here is what I do with my worrying...I learned to write down what I wanted to know & read about it but first of all write 100 things that you appreciate about your life...it takes the focus off of worry onto how great you have it...then start doing something to resolve one thing you are worried about....if you worry about money start learning how to make a lot or manage it well.....there is a movie The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes & it shows how we create our life by our thoughts so get that but not the horror movie of the same name...if your parents will pay for you to have coaching I can do that with you over the phone so e-mail & let me know & I will give you details if you ask me. Remind me of your question though so I can go back & look it up but I will help you cause I was the same way & now I am peaceful

I worry too, but not as much as I used to... You need to realize that some things are out of your control, and just let things run their course. It's a waste of time and energy to worry about things you can't do anything about. You'll find that life becomes a lot less stressful.

Worrying about everything is another way of saying anxiety... the only way to stop is to try and read some self help books... or go to a doctor to talk about your symptoms ...he can prescribe you anti-anxiety medication.. If you really wanna get quick results just go to a psyciatrist. they specialize in prescribing medicines for mental problems.. such as depression and anxiety..

you might try mentally following the course of the worry. For instance, you find yourself worrying about the electric bill. So, plot the scenario....what happens if you don't pay it, what happens if you pay it late, what happens if you pay it right away. Is the result going to be life altering, earth shattering, or fatal? NO? then what are you worrying for? It's what I do, and it seems to help me.

Simple, occupy your mind with other stuff which is more beneficial like exercise. When you are jogging down the road think about getting to the next corner, covering the next mile etc and it all falls into place.

you have to have the realization that you can't control everything and then be ok with that. take some deep breaths and reassure yourself that you do the best you can every day and that some matters are beyond you.
