"¿Como estás hoy día?" -> "How are you today?" "Hoy día estoy..." -> "Today I am..." Note that "día" means "day" thus "hoy día" means "today day". So "día" can be omitted and you can say just "hoy" ("hoy día" is more formal than just "hoy") "twenty-one plus three equals twenty-four" -> "veintiuno más tres es igual a veinticuatro" "nine minus two equals seven" -> "nueve menos cuatro es igual a siete" Hope this helps ;)
