What is your favourite type of cheese and why?

Cheddar because it is not sour-tasting or sweetish and makes good toasted cheese and sprinkles for hot pasta. Yum.

Cheddar cheese or Bulgarian cheese - now that is delicious!It is a soft block of cheese you buy at the cheese counter area-not salty at all. Goes great with freshly cut tomatoes. Perfect!

I really like almost all cheeses but if I had to choose it would probably be mozzarella especially on a pizza with lots of sauce. Yum! But Brie comes in a close second.

Feta served in a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper and olive oil. Don't add salt to the salad, the cheese is salty - yum!

provolone cheese because I like it on ham sandwiches, subway sandwiches etc...... sharp crackerbareel cheese because I like with crackers and shred it to top pizza and makes great macaroni and cheese
