It depends on your definitioin of happiness and where you are
seeking it.

I pursued happiness for many years with women, booze and drugs, material possessions and money, and even though I had a good share of all those I still felt there must be something more.

After a trip to Broward County Prison in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida I set off once more on my quest for fulfillment only this time I set out to find out if God was real or not. After going the
wrong direction in my search, the God I didn't know at that time, redirected my steps to those who actually knew Him and had a personal relationship with Him and tried to introduce Him to me.

I have pretty well done things my way most of my life up to that
point so I wanted to find God in my way, so I offered up a very simple prayer. I prayed, "God, if you are real and you can prove it to me, I will give you my life. HE DID and I DID!

That was over 33 years ago and we have a relationship that is the best ever in my entire life. SO, YES YOU CAN FIND YOUR HAPPINESS IF YOU SEEK IT IN THE RIGHT PLACE. I AM VERY HAPPY EVERY DAY, AND EVEN HAPPIER THAT I KNOW DEEP IN MY HEART THAT I WILL BE ETERNALLY ALIVE AND AT PEACE FOREVER WITH GOD THROUGH THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!!!

that depends entirely on how you define happiness and how you go about searching for it. Sorry to give such a general answer but happiness is a subjective experience.

We all have happiness at our disposal. The key is to recognize and accept it. I guess you could call that "seeking".

You don't nessesarily have to seek it. Just find what makes life meaningful to you, look in your heart to see what truly matters.

Only if you know where to find it. Otherwise, you have to wait till it sneaks up and jumps on you.
