NO WAY!!!! To old??? You are never to old to do anything unless it gets physically impossible. You sound young at heart...stay that way as long as you can and your grandchildren will love it. Thank your lucky stars that you are able to do the things you can, because one day you wont be able to. I'm 22, and have worked at a nursing home and any time I hear people say 'I'm too old' I'm the first to say....NO YOU ARENT!! Congrats on your grandchildren. God Bless.

You say Grandma - Are you and fit 40 Grandma or an able 80?
I see nothing wrong witha grandma wearing a two piece suit if she's comfortable in them - I'd probably avoid anything with the word "string" in it. There are many appropriate two piece bathing suites for "Decorous" women like ourselves.
I went to Target last year looking for a suit and they were these teeny - tiny little bandages. On of the other shoppers ask me if I thought they were cute and I told her they were, but that I had reached an age where I didn't want cute - I wanted appropriate. :) (And I think everyone should appreciate that)
Here's a rule of thumb. If Pamela Anderson would wear it, find something with a little more material and you should be fine. :) (I'm not even comfortable with that on young people!)

With much kindness and respect may I say that no matter how "good" you look after a certain age it is more respectful to wear a one piece suit. Often times an older woman in a two piece comes off as a "tart" or an "old fool" A one piece is more flattering and allows you to feel comfortable without worrying about what people are thinking. I think a two piece on a older lady will always draw a critical eye or comment.

A few years ago I dated a woman 24 years my senior. She was a very attractive grandmother of 7 grandkids but was still very hot. She wore two piece suits all the time and thank God for it. If had not been for the fact that she had lost her mind, I would still be with her.

I say go for it if you got the body for it. Now adays people are becoming grandmothers earlier than in the past. You are only as old as you want to be. I've seen some better toned grandmas than daughters or even the grandkids. GO FOR IT!!!

First off, seems like grandmas are getting younger and younger these days anyway, so don't let your age or title restrict you!
Secondly, I say go for it! Why not? As long as whatever you're wearing is still flattering, go to town! Your confidence is the most beautiful part of you.

If you got it flaunt it. I'm a grandmother and the 2 piece swimsuit days are over, but I still wear many things that are usually reserved for women 20 years younger.

Age has nothing to do with wearing a bikini. If you are out of shape and have rolls hanging out all over the place then you shouldn't be in a two-piece.

No. Wear what makes you happy and what looks good on you. You're only as old as you feel, anyway. I'm a grandma, too.

It doesnt matter what the world says, its most important that you feel good about yourself, age is a state of mind, you are NEVER too old to do sumthing, yes even including wearing somthing you want but dont think is suitable at your age. Do go ahead and wear it.... and...yeah, if you feel like, do tell me how much you enjoyed it... take care....:)
