My mum used to say brush your teeth with salt, it won't taste very nice but it will act as an abrasive so will probably move stains etc

Crest Prohealth Whitening Mouthwash. it's in a white bottle. it tastes so gross, but it make my teeth whiter after i spit it out. but it tastes really bad.
